Learn about two exciting efforts to slow global climate change, promote clean energy and encourage energy efficiency—the Pioneer Valley Clean Energy Plan and the Clean Air Cool Planet Toolkit for communities.  The Pioneer Valley plan seeks to site 100 MW of clean electricity in the Pioneer Valley by 2010 while achieving a comparable reduction in electricity usage and creating local jobs. The Clean Air Cool Planet community toolkit provides concrete ways to take action to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and implement sustainable policies and projects.
